Horizontal Type Rotary Sugar Dryer with Inbuilt Dust Collection System

Rotary Dryers provide a high effective and efficient way for drying/cooling the sugar. The air in this plays no role in displacing the sugar and is only used to percolate the sugar curtain when the sugar is scooped up and showered across the entire cross section of the shell. As the drum rotates in a helical loop, it slowly conveys the sugar from one end to the other purely using the mechanical motion of the drum. Rotary Dryers are especially suited for handling sugar crystals smaller than 600 microns and thereby the ideal choice for Pharma Grade Sugar or Refined Sugar.

This system can also be integrated/coupled with a Cooler/Chiller/Dehumidifier (depending on the type of sugar and climatic condition) to ensure that the bagging temperature is ideal and to avoid any absorption of moisture.
